Our Organic blend of Ceylon tea and spices from around the world will delight even the most seasoned chai drinker.
The Chai Story began just a few years ago, with a simple blend at our little coffee cart in the Bondi Junction Markets. After adding a bit of extra spices, the local Indian, Bangladesh & Pakistani people could smell their drink being brewed. And they offered some valuable tips. After some tinkering with the recipe, our chai was born.
Add 2 tablespoons of Organic Chai Masala to 200mL of boiling water.
Add a bit of fresh, chopped ginger.
Boil for a few minutes, then add milk and honey to taste, strain & serve.
