These terms & conditions in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds & Exchanges

If the product is returned to us unopened and undamaged within 7 working days, we will give you a refund or exchange with no questions asked. Refunds will be submitted by us to the respective payment gateway within 7 working days. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. All PayPal fees, credit card fees & shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Bean of a Tree Coffee Co. takes credit card orders from most major credit cards. All of our transactions are processed through the PayPal gateway:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • PayPal Top Up Card
  • Maestro
  • American Express

All card payments are taken using PayPal’s secure encrypted server. No credit card information is kept on our servers.

We also accept payment via EFT and cash, instructions will be presented to you via email as well as on the checkout page.

Prices & GST

Delivery prices are based on weight and location, so will be added automatically when an order is placed. This will be broken down into the component of price and delivery charge. The final price will be in Australian Dollars (unless otherwise stated). Any prices are subject to change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are GST inclusive.

Subscriptions Policy

Payments for your selected period are billed upfront. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time, as well as addresses changed, by contacting info@beanofatree.com.au and verifying that you are the recipient of the subscription.


Bean of a Tree Coffee Co. can not be held responsible for operational and/or postage issues and/or delays. If we cannot deliver the goods within a reasonable time we will tell you immediately and agree upon another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order due to any unforeseen natural or unnatural disaster, if this is the case, we aim to contact you within 7 days of your order being submitted and give you a choice of refund or reschedule of your order.


Bean of a Tree Coffee Co. endeavour to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

Competition Policy

If you wish to use our coffee in a competition, you must notify us in advance by emailing info@beanofatree.com.au


We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason whatsoever.

Privacy Policy

Bean of a Tree Coffee Co. will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any other purpose than to supply you with your order.

Holiday Period

We do close over the Christmas and New Year period from the 19th December to the 7th January. All orders placed after 5pm 19th December will be held until the next available roast day in January.
